As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a notification by email to your email address stored in your customer account.
The processing time of your order is expected to be 1-3 working days. There are also 4-5 working days delivery time.
Experience has shown that the delivery time to the EU countries and Switzerland in Switzerland with DHL At least 6 to 8 working days.
However, after handing over your package to DHL, we can no longer influence the delivery times/processing. With the shipment number you receive, you can follow your shipment independently and make changes if necessary. In the event of any delivery delays, the contact person is the shipping company.
