How do I find the right size?
Each product has a detailed description of size Measurement (length, A-A measure etc.). Please compare them with your own dimensions before you order. If you are unsure, please ask your questions before the order - we will be happy to help you!
How do I go on a return?
We offer no classic exchangebecause our collections are often limited. If a part doesn't suit you, you can within 14th days return. The customer bears the return end costs.

Do I get a tracking number for my order?
We only send insured with DHL and you automatically receive a shipment number by email as soon as your shipment has been handed over to DHL.

We are really sorry that you received a wrong or incorrect article from us. This is not the experience we had planned for you. Please write us an email or a WhatsApp even faster.

Bei QueensSize findest du Mode, die ehrlich sitzt, mit Liebe ausgewählt wurde und einfach ein gutes Gefühl macht.
Ich trage selbst Plus Size (Größe 56) und probiere jedes Teil persönlich an, bevor es in den Shop kommt.
